What can you do before or after this tour

Things to do BEFORE this tour

Eastern Sacred Valley in a private car

In a private car, you can visit Pisaq ruins and market, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara Q'enqo and Saqsayhuaman.

Western Sacred Valley in a private car

With a private car you visit Chinchero, Moray, Maras (town and saltpans) and Ollantaytambo.

The complete Sacred Valley in a private car

From Cusco you set out in a private car with a driver to take you to Pisaq, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Maras and Chinchero. During this full day you'll be amazed by the wonders, both natural and archaeological, of this region of Peru.

Machu Picchu  the budget solution

Train tickets to Aguas Calientes have been a sore science ever since people wanted to visit Machu Picchu. Certainly in high season, train tickets to Machu Picchu may not be available, more so tickets in your price range may be scarce or unobtainable.

This is why we have put together this viable alternative, a way for you to get to Machu Picchu comfortably, economically and with some interesting sightseeing along the way.

Machu Picchu  in 2 days

Instead of travelling up and down all the way from Cusco to Machu Picchu in only 1 day, having to rush from A to B to Z, you can leave for Aguas Calientes the day before your visit to Machu Picchu, thus taking out the stress of too much kilometres in one day, leaving you a good night's rest before you actually visit Machu Picchu the next day. The same as the one day trip, but spread over more time and thus a lot less stressful and including a hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Important: The Small Print

Big jungle, small animal!

Animals in the rain forest are not only timid, they are dwarfed by the rain forest environment and maintain distance between themselves and other species, including "touristicus curiousus." We cannot guarantee that you will witness any specific species on any particular occasion, though at anytime a wandering ant-eater could saunter right past your cabin at the lodge.
